For as long as she could remember, Doctor Aria Nicole loved feet with a passion! Her lovers and friends all knew she was an absolute foot fetishist. And Aria knew it herself! When Macy came in for an examination of her feet, Doctor Aria Nicole took every opportunity she could to stare at, touch, and examine Macy's beautiful feet! Doctor Nicole was lusting hard for Macy's feet to be in her mouth! Macy's sweet little feet made Doctor Nicole devise a sensitivity test to perform on unsuspecting Macy.

Having Macy lay back on the exam table, Doctor Nicole put a probe cover over Macy's big toes. Doctor Nicole told Macy to close her eyes so the doctor could insert her patient’s big toe into her mouth before removing it, unbeknownst to her patient what was actually happening. Doctor Nicole asks if Macy can tell the difference in temperature before asking Macy to close her eyes while Doctor Nicole repeats the “test”. “Perfect, she didn’t suspect a thing,” was all Doctor Nicole Could think!

With her eyes closed, Macy had no idea what was going on! Doctor Nicole also dripped hot wax on Macy’s feet as part of the temperature sensitivity test!

To conclude her over-the-top foot exam, Doctor Nicole gives Macy a foot massage using a Hitachi Magic Wand. While Macy finds this stranger, she doesn't question what the doctor says needs to be done! The patients never suspect a thing other than a thorough and caring podiatrist!

If Macy only knew “The Pervert Podiatrist” disguised as a doctor, she would find a new non-perverted podiatrist! But then again, how do you ever know which doctor genuinely wants to help you and which doctor just wants to stick your feet all up in their face and go to town? At least with Doctor Nicole, she wants to genuinely help you…while helping herself to your tasty tootsies!
